how to change frequency range on GQRX main page

I have installed GQRX on an Ubuntu laptop using the instructions here:
Device is an RTL-SDR V4.
The frequency range on my application is from
14.676.000.000
to
16.417.991.100
I cannot move the frequency out of that range, either higher or lower. How can I fix this? Thanks for your help.

click on the top-side and bottom-side of the frequency digits.

Hello Andrew. Yes I did that, it will not move outside of that frequency range.
