Where is the script which creates SD card image for Raspberry Pi?

Hello!

I'm looking for the script whcih creates this SD Card image: https://github.com/csete/gqrx/releases/download/v2.11.5/gqrx-sdr-2.11.5-linux-rpi3.tar.xz

Can anyone help me?

That's not an SD card image. It's just a binary build compressed into
a tar.xz archive. I'm very impressed if you really managed to create
an SD card out of it ;-)

I use linux  and do : 
dd if=/media/serverdisk2/projecten/hardware/raspberrypi/2018-06-27-raspbian-stretch.img of=/dev/mmcblk0 bs=2M
the if is input file and my path and file name. (Yours is different ) of is output tot device
