ssb inverted demodulation ...

Dear friends, I am new to the group and I need help for a strange issue . I installed on an old Hp 6930 p - windows 7 pro 64 , the pothoSDR 2019.06.09 to use GQRX that is installed  with. All works fine with my rtl sdr + a homemade 125 MHz upconverter, but the sideband demodulation is inverted. LSB emissions are clearly demodulated in USB and vice versa. The radio works fine and correctly on SDR# and SDR-console. Can you help me?

Wouldn’t an upconter invert the Spectrum and swap sidebands ?

There must be a way to tell gqrx wether the converter is up or down (maybe a sign change…).
