First part of clip - why do I have those constant spikes ?

Same receiver on main computer - there is the same kind of spikes as in the first part but the second part never happens.

I'd be inclined to suspect QRM from the Pi, getting to your SDR on the outer of the USB lead, and thence up the antenna cable to the antenna.

What sort of antenna, and where it is?  Outside I hope, not in the same room as your computers.

What do you see, if you just put a 50 Ohm termination on the SDR's antenna input?
