Week 1 (22 Oct.): Finishing reading the Gpyro 7.0 Technical reference, and we will have discussion on fundamental equations in Gpyro.

Week 2 (6 Nov.): Finishing reading the Gpyro 7.0 User's Guide, and reproduce (1) 0D TG simulation of PU in Guillermo's paper, http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S001021800600112X; and (2) Five 1D example in Chris' papers, http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S0379711209000332, and http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S0010218009000832. Based on these, we'll have the discussion.

Week 3 (13 Oct.): 2D simulation [Optional], reproduce Amanda's paper http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S154074890800268X.

Week 4 (27 Nov.): inverse modelling [Optional], (1) inversely modelling the TG data of PU in Guillermo's paper http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S001021800600112X or MDF in Kai's paper http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ef501380c, and (2) inversely modelling a cone experiment in Chris' paper http://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S0379711205001372.
