different layers not interacting

Hello guys, 

So I am trying to create a sandwich panel in Gpyro_0.700 with surface convection on either side (one side simulating fire the other normal conditions). Now I did create this model successfully however my laptop got stolen yesterday so i have had to start from scratch, and of course now it is not working. 

I can't seem to get the layers to interact with each other. I have tried playing around with thickness and contact resistance but this is not helping and cause the model to not converge. The Gas Yj is having trouble converging so this could be a possible cause but i can't figure out why it is having trouble. 

I would greatly appreciate your input on this. I have attached the file to this email for you to have a look at.
