Output the profles with volume change (deformation of cell ) in Smokeview

Dear all,

As we all know that being able to simulate the volume change is one essential feature that distinguishes Gpyro from other code. Unfortunately, it seems that the volume change (size of grid in z direction) cannot be demonstrated in the output file (Especially for 2D simulations). I was wondering is there any way or any new version of Gpyro that can output the parameter profiles with the deformation shown properly.
