Cura & Replicator 2

I'd like to try the toolpaths generated by Cura with a Replicator 2.

I'm not sure how I should configure Cura to generate the right code.

I took my existing Cura setup for a Printrbot Play, loaded an STL model, and saved to a gcode file.  Then I used gpxUi to convert it.  It gave me a laundry list of warnings and errors (below).  I'm not sure whether that's expected or whether I need to set Cura up differently to generate gcode that I can convert to use on the Replicator 2.  The ones about "duplicate machine definition" and all the unrecognized gcodes seemed particularly concerning.

Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry about the slow response, I hadn't been watching the forum for a bit while I was on other projects. Could you post your gcode on Dropbox and share a link here?
