problema al instalar gpuocelot

I want to install Gpuocelot on Opensuse. But when I run. / Configure
this message appears:
configure: error: "libboost_system required"
When I try to install this required package this message appear:
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.14)(64bit) is needed by boost-
filesystem-1.46.0-3.fc15.x86_64
And when I try to install this required package this message appear:
conflicts with file from package glibc-2.11.2-3.7.1.x86_64
I want to install Glibc2.14, but the package Glibc 2.11 has many
dependencies with others programs. My question is, if I uninstall
Glib2.11 to install Glibc2.14, then all those dependents programs stop
working.
