I have some preexisting code that works with CUDA 4.0. I would like
to run this code on a virtual machine. I checked out and built the
latest version of gpuocelot. I am having numerous build issues
dealing with undefined types and such.
Has GPUOcelot been tested to work with Cuda 4.0?
GCC 4.5.3
CUDA 4.0
Fedora 14

I believe everything except for Fedora 14 has been tested.
