issues with ControlTree.cpp and boost

I am getting an error that seems to be caused by boost interacting with the file ControlTree.cpp.  The versions of the programs I am using are listed below.  

Ubuntu 14.04

Boost 1.57

Ocelot 2.0.696

I tried to install all of the up to date versions of everything other program whether it be through the software center, apt-get or subversion.  I attached two files.  The first is the errors that I am getting and the second is the manual I am following to install ocelot.  Thanks for any help you can give me.

Ocelot may have a comparability issue with boost version newer than 1.49. Please see https://github.com/gtcasl/gpuocelot/wiki/Installation for more information.
