what is the full id list of the sbas recognize

if we visit this link
IGS MGEX SBAS
www.igs.org/mgex/constellations
www.igs.org/mgex/constellations#sbas
we can see satellites that have retired or there new they must to be support. I hope this is a valid list

Actually, it looks like PRN 134 is actually the new Korean Augmentation Satellite System (KASS):

* https://www.airbus.com/en/newsroom/press-releases/2022-06-airbus-built-measat-3d-communications-satellite-ready-for-launch

This won't be fixed in the next release because it involves adding flag images, etc., but I'll add support for KASS in https://github.com/barbeau/gpstest/issues/598.
