Google Play has a new policy that an individual developer accounts that have been enabled for monetization (even if they don't currently charge for apps) MUST publish their home address on Google Play:
* https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/139626?hl=en#zippy=%2Cdeveloper-information-shown-to-users-on-google-play
* https://forums.androidcentral.com/threads/google-play-requires-developers-to-make-home-address-public.438651/
* https://www.reddit.com/r/androiddev/comments/o02rrm/so_about_google_requiring_me_to_make_public_my/?rdt=48620

I've escalated the issue with Google, and they are saying the only way to avoid this is to create a new developer account that's not enabled for monetization and transfer the app to this new account.

So, to avoid publicly publishing my home address on Google Play, in the coming weeks I plan to create a new developer account "Sean Barbeau" and transfer GPSTest from "barbeauDev" to this new account.

AFAIK this shouldn't affect the download link of https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.gpstest - that should remain the same.

The only difference is that you'll see the name of the publisher on Google Play change from "barbeauDev" to "Sean Barbeau".

If you see any other changes/differences or difficulty accessing the app through this transition please let me know.
