It said Chinese researchers find a way to calibrate spatial coordinate error when using Inter-satellite link. So LEO constellation can receive highly accurate orbit coordinate in real time. Instead of relying on post processing or complex techniques, they found a connection between BDS ephemerides data and LEO spatial coordinate. It can be corrected to  centimeter level.

With such technology China is going all in LEO GNSS in the next decade.  interested to find out.
