Focus On: CombinesCombine testing (talent identification) programs around the world are using Fusion Sport solutions to maximise test accuracy, perform testing in a fraction of the time, and to deliver an athlete experience second to none. Hand timing is on the way out – to really be able to assess athletes you need not only electronic timing, but also electronic timing that maximises accuracy by eliminating hand breaks and false triggers. U.S. Army Combine
January 2012, San Antonio, Texas
Five hundred of North American top high school football underclassmen took part in the 2012 U.S. Army National Combine held in San Antonio, Texas this past January. Produced by All American Games LLC., the US Army National combine consisted of three core drills, including four lanes of 40-yard dash with 10 yard splits, four lanes of Pro-Agility and four stations for Vertical Jump assessment. March 2012, Waco, TexasBaylor University hosted one of their biggest and busiest NFL Pro Days ever, attracting over 60 different NFL Personnel, representing 25 teams and over 140 media to the event, including ESPN and the NFL Network online and television broadcast teams. The event featured 12 senior athletes, highlighted by Heisman Trophy winner, Baylor Quarterback Robert Griffin III, who since was drafted #2 in the NFL draft going to the Washington Redskins.  “The Fusion SmartSpeed timing system allowed us to conduct and record the testing efficiently, helping create a successful environment and Pro Timing Day."Chris Ruf
