I've never had an issue before, but now when I export GPS Essentials tracks to Google maps I'm getting "The file contains invalid or unsupported data, or the file is too large to parse."

It's really no bigger than previous hikes I've exported so I'm wondering if I'm encountering a bug or doing something wrong,

Currently I:

1. Track my hike in GPSE
2. Export track to Google Drive
4. Select create new map.
5. Select Import
6. Select Google Drive
7. Double click my KML file (i even tried to rename it KMZ and got the same error)
8. Click import, wait a second and get "The file contains invalid or unsupported data, or the file is too large to parse."

I'm using the latest Android One (via Google Fi) on an Motorola X4.

OK NOW SUPER WEIRDNESS! If you've read this far then know that I downloaded the file from Google Drive to my HD and then imported that into Google Maps, AND IT WORKS! So I guess there's some bug with Google Drive? Anyway, I've got it working but thought ya'll might like to know.

Thanks!

Thanks for the heads up on this issue with Google Maps import.

Years back when I first started using GPSe for tracking my hikes I hit similar issues with Maps so I stopped using it for importing and have used only the desktop Google Earth Pro since, it always works.
