Average MPH

to GPS Essentials

I've used GPS Essentials for a few years to record all my bike tracks.

I can query my tracks in the "gpse.db" and export to excel so I can do reports by yy/mm.

How do I calculate the Average MPH, Can I use the "Speed" column or something other column from "gpse.db"?
