sync with google maps or google earth

Good day

Im very new to the product, please refer me to other posts if my questions were already answered:

1) I want to sync my waypoints and tracks to my PC: Can I do it with google maps or google earth?

2) Can I put waypoints on my PC and the transfer it to GPS essentials?  What is the best to use: foofle maps or google earth?

Google Earth usually works better because it supports KMZ files. You can export and import KMZ into GPS Essentials.
