Map Display Issue - Can't Move Dashboard

to GPS Essentials

I somehow managed to cover the map with the Dashboard when the phone is vertical.

I can't long press on the boundary and slide the dashboard down. I can do this operation in horizontal mode.

Is there an easy way to recover from this?
