GPSEE-0.2.1 Pushed

Hi, All;

I have pushed GPSEE-0.2.1 to the GoogleCode repository.  With the exception o finalization for modules written with the C API, users should not notice any difference. Unless you were on of the users having stability issues (Hello, Christoph Dorn ;) ) -- in which case, I believe you will find that GPSEE is now behaving correctly.

Internally, there have been some architectural changes with respect to correct annotation for the garbage collector; additionally, a bunch of little bugs have been discovered and addressed, as a result of the extensive analysis required for the targetted fix. As always, detailed notes in the hg log.
