Basic PINF JS Loader adapter working!

I am pleased to say I got the basics working:

Thanks for all the help everyone! Feedback welcome.

I will be expanding on the adapter [1] in time. This [2] is what a complete adapter looks like. I welcome contributions to make this happen if anyone is interested in speeding things up.

I'll be publishing lots of docs on PINF and CommonJS in time.
