2nd derivative of cost

In the cost_utils.py file, I wanted to be sure that the 2nd derivative of l with respect to d, there should not be a power of 3 on the psq term. Correct?


It seems to me it should be to the power of 1.

The -3/2 power should come from taking the derivative of the sqrt twice, so I believe it should be a 3.
