What's the meaning of policy weight?

In gps/algorithm/algorithm_utils.py, line 46, the definition of class PolicyInfo:

    

    'pol_wt': hyperparams['init_pol_wt'] * np.ones(T),  # Policy weight.

I wonder what's the meaning of "policy weight", and how it affects policy learning?
