Reloaded app on new phone via Google, but says not paid for and doesn't work

I have just changed from one Android phone to another, and Google offered all my apps for reloading, which I did, but this app said it wasn't paid for, even though I had paid for the full version, and it only partly works, and won't show the OS grid reference. How do I get the reloaded version recognized, please?

Please uninstall and goto play.Google.com and reinstall from there. Please let me know how you get on.

Thanks for that quick reply, but won't it ask me to pay again if I do it as if downloading for the first time?
