No audio on Tutorial videos

I am a newbie to GPS Grid Reference, I have installed it on my phone, and wanted to run the tutorial videos online. There is no audio on any of them. The volume is setting is up to max and mute is off. How do you enable the audio??

There're no audio on the tutorials. Checkout the user guide everything should be self explains. Anything specific you aim to do?
