Well, for PI, last year they had two interviews - technical and HR and in no particular order
HR : questions will be same as the telephonic interview. Just answer them properly. Dont appear to be over confident or arrogant as that is something they do not appreciate/like.
Technical : It was quite arbit and depends on the interviewer, who would change probably. I was asked questions on everyday usage of electrical fundae like tubelight connection with fuse and choke, starter of fans, and some fundae about machines also.
Honestly, even if you dont have knowledge of electrical machines, there is no problem as such. All you need to convince the interviewer is that you are a fast learner and have interest in the subject. Also Rio Tinto would give look for qualities like teamwork a lot.
