Exclusions
Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in the fuel Price, change in Government
regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will be borne by the passengers. Make My Trip will not
be responsible for the same
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land
arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure
The package does not include any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral
water, food and drinks and other things not mentioned in our itinerary
Tour package rates are not applicable during trade fair period or any other events in accommodating
cities.
Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 12noon. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to
availability.
Booking Policy
30 days prior
: 10,000 per passenger for Short Haul
: 20,000 per passenger for Long Haul
29 - 15 Days
: 50% of the total cost
14 – 7 Days
: 100% of the total cost
Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable
No Refund will be made for any unutilized services provided in the package
Overseas Insurance Policy after issuance is non refundable
(Travel Insurance Charges: Rs. 1000 per person)
Photocopies of the passport (First & Address Page copy is mandatory for all destinations)
Passport Validity Should be minimum 06 months from the date of travel except Malaysia, For
Malysia it should be 09 months
Payment Policy
Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure from India
