Dear gprMax Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently simulating a soil channel and, due to my HPC access limitations, can run up to 20,000 simulations per week.

I would like to increase this to 100,000 simulations. To achieve this, I am considering dividing the simulations into five batchesand run the simulations in parallel. My question is: for the second batch, can I start the current simulation run from 20,001? This way, I can extend my data seamlessly from 20,000 to 100,000 without needing to manipulate or process the data, ensuring each set of 20,000 simulations is mapped with their actual labeling.

If you have any suggestions or insights on this approach, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Thank you for your support.

You can use the --restart command line argument (https://docs.gprmax.com/en/latest/include_readme.html#optional-command-line-arguments) to tell gprMax to start from a specific numbered input file.
