Simulating antenna arrays

Hello,

Happy holidays everyone, I was wondering what is the best way to simulate an antenna array, by default all the Rx points receive from all Tx points, I can delay (and stop) the firing of each Tx point but there is no way to delay (and stop) a Rx point.

Is there anyway other than post processing to simulate an array scenario?

Don't think so. As you suggest post-processing the receiver outputs is probably what you will need to do.

Following up on this question, 

Is there a way to turn the receiver off and on as we can with the source? If not, why isn't that something that is apart of the software?

I am not sure why you would need this or what you are trying to achieve, but you can just ignore or cut the output from a receiver at whatever point in time you want it to stop - the receiver is just a point that is sampling the electromagnetic field, it has no physical representation.
