How to Convert .Out file to .dzt file?

I have a problem to converted merged #outputfile to #dzt

I try to a matlab script(
outputfile_converter.m)
But it response
Error in outputfile_converter (line 107)....

So is it step error or what else any step method to convert to .dzt.h

From the error reported by MATLAB it looks like an issue with the MATLAB resample function. As a first debugging step, I'd try commenting that line in the outputfile_converter.m script and seeing if that helps.

I attempt to view the commenting on the outputfile_converter.m script but am unable to correct it, so I choose to delay the line section from 105 to 124 in order to block the error code from running and move on to the next task. It is being worked to convert in this instance. However, eliminating that code line has a noticeable negative impact on the converted files. Out file to.dzt file.
