Adding new emperical model or replacing with the current one in gprMax

Dear All, 

I hope this message reaches you in good health. On my team's behalf, I want to pose a question and value your insights. Is it feasible to substitute or develop a new empirical model on the gprMax platform? 

For example, my advisor is interested in knowing if we can replace the Pepelinski model with the Mironov model. Could you share how complex and time-consuming this process might be, assuming it is doable?
