Hi All,
I appriciate the assitance this forum and its mmebers have provided so far, it has allowed me to make significant progress with my thesis project.

I have created a number of B scans from my model and now trying to find out how to create C scans from them. Is there anyone with any experience in doing this with gprMax?

Kind regards,
Rob

Hi Rob,

Importing gprMax data into GPR processing software could help you in processing B-scans using depth slicing etc.  if you do not want to create your own processing scripts in Python or MATLAB. Recently geolitix (www.geolitix.com) have included a gprMax data reader for their platform that reads in the gprMax merged B-scan file generated by the python script available as part of the gprMax tools to merge A-Scans to B-Scans. If you have your B-Scans created that way you can import them in geolitix and process them there.

There might be other scripts that might be available in converting gprMax data to other GPR formats so they can be used with other GPR processing softwares.

Best

Hi Rob and Antonis ,

Have you figure out the way to create C-scans images using series for B-scans without geolitix because it is paid .
If you have created any script in python that would be really helpful.

Thanks and Regards,
Shikhar

Sadly, No. I use geolitix with my undergraduate students in my GPR course and they gives us access for academic use which is big enough for our little projects.
There are some free processing alternatives like RGPR but have not used them as I don't know R.
