Dear all,

I want to create a database of 50 to 100 B-scan images of different scenarios with different objects for classification and detection purposes. Here my query is how to save the B-scan image obtained from each simulation, (everytime I have created one file in gprMax and Iam extracting B-scan image in matlab and I have applied gaussian as input and finally iam generating green's function after then I have applied some preprocessing for background removal , this is the B-scan image I need. Like this way I need to generate 50 to 100 B-scans  )
I have attached my code for reference. How to save the image obtained from imagesc plot, because I have to write 50-100 times for every B-scan.

There does not seem to be anything attached to this post.

Still not sure exactly what you are asking.

As I want to create a B-scan images database of 50 to 100, how to save the B-scan image obtained from 'imagesc' , after running 'imagesc' I got a figure window and I'm saving in either '.png' or'.jpg' but I thought of it is a wrong process because  while I am saving the image, the size is changed. (ex: in my data from 2048*130 to 560*420).

Why not just save a .mat file of the data you are plotting with imagesc?
