What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a couple of items in the palette list.
2. Drag and drop them in the middle of selected colors by holding shift key.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dropped colors either disappear, or causes program to crash.

Partially fixed in revision be6e6d8ab8d0. No more crashes, but dropped
color order sometimes gets mixed up.
