Has anyone met this issue before? (PC froze when boot up with S82357/F82357 connected)

Just got a message from one customer said as following shows:

I have received the subject unit and testing. and found that PC does not boot up properly just fleezed when connected the GPIB-USB. I have NI USB-HS this works fine. I have tried IBM TP X31 and Dell GX270 both Win XP SP3.

If boot up the PC and connect the USB-GPIB It is working normally and control the DMM through agilent expert. Please advice how to fix this problem.

We tried locally with our PC (2 x Dell desktop, one HP laptop) but could not reproduce this problem. Please help to let me know if anyone of you have same experience, that will be very helpful for us to solve this.
