Many eons ago, during the Triassic age, there was similar talk of
shifting from Yahoo Groups to another provider, perhaps. That was when
I had the singularly "bright" idea to check out the offering by Google
(before it merged its Usenet archive with Groups).
This group is merely a testing ground and a reserve/backup list.
I'm quite unaware of **anyone** who's left PGPNet and migrated solely
to GPGNET.
There's a list of members on the web front end. But no list of members
+ keys.
