Update: Palo Alto Site Director Appointed

Palo Alto Team: 

I'm pleased to announce that the elders appointed Bob Crossland as the site director for Palo Alto.

Bob will work with the coordination team and the other team leaders to help Grace Church move through the process of re-launching a Palo Alto worship site. The site director position is essential for encouraging teams, keeping people on the same page, communicating vision and prayerfully setting the pace for the ministry.

I'll be working closely both with Bob and Andrew Barna (San Jose) as our whole church transitions to a multi-site structure. My role is to keep both teams part of one whole church and to maintain the same core teaching and ministry vision.

Thanks for your participation in this process. I realize that at this stage it seems that there are more questions than answers. That's because we've been attempting to slowly move forward in the past year. We've had to address crucial issues of finances and staffing. But, we're at a much stronger place now as a church and the momentum can shift toward multi-site.
