PA party! Need input

Hi Everyone!
We are beginning to ramp up on outreach, facility and community for
the PA site. But it would be good to have several get-togethers for
everyone thinking of attending the Palo Alto site (more than just you
all serving on teams) before we actually go mutli-site. We need to
get to know each other better, deepen our sense of shared identity/
mission, and solidify the vision of what a re-launch in Palo Alto
could mean. So it would be social, with a light agenda (so an
afternoon picnic would not be ideal). It could potentially be at the
Disibio's awesome home in Atherton.

In terms of dates, we are looking at the evenings of May 16 (soon),
May 22 (Mem. day weekend), and June 20 (late).

Any comments on these dates? What do you think turnout would be? Do
you have any ideas for another location?

This sounds like a great idea to me.

It would be nice to do this either May 22, since then we can invite the Stanford students and it won't conflict with the May 16 music night that some folks are involved in.
