Hello lovelies!

It's been far too long since our August meeting in the heart of
Georgetown, as we raise a proverbial glass of bubbly to our ever so
lovely hostesses, Ally, Kady & Lisa! We simply can't think of a
better way to welcome in crisper weather than to see your smiling
faces!

With chilly days ahead, we're diving into a light read guaranteed for
a few laughs. Join us this month as we follow a southern debutante to
her new life in New York City and witness her adventures in adjusting
to what advice her aunt used to give and how much highlights actually
cost.

Until then, gorgeous!

present November & December's books:

December:
Your only homework this month, darling, is to bring your favorite
Christmas cookies, salty treats or warm spiked drink (vino is always a
welcome substitute)!

We'll be writing Christmas cards to our troops overseas, possibly
waltzing around Georgetown w/ spiked cider to check out some of the
historic homes of the most famous hostesses of Georgetown's dinner
parties and definitely enjoying some version of dirty Santa gift
exchanges.

If you're new to the list, you're on it because we thought you'd be a
perfect addition to our book club! We're making this a dynamic group
of fabulous women (and you don't have to live in Glover!). We have
"receptions", not "meetings". Each month, we take turns playing
hostess. Everyone else brings either an appetizer or bottle of vino,
the book and their lovely selves.
If you have a friend who might be interested, a book you've been dying
to read or if you'd absolutely love to host, email Steph at
Fonte...@gmail.com
