Raw types use in GPars source

Currently the GPars source code has quite a lot of generic types, but
it also has a large amount of use of rawtypes. I am assuming that we
should have no rawtypes usage in Java source in the JDK8+ era. Assuming
I am right, we need a big purge on getting all the rawtypes correctly
marked up with generic marks.
