Publishing an article on your site

My name is Sarah, I work at media-buying.net as an accounts manager.
I feel that your site http://gpars.org would be very suitable for
several of my clients advertising needs.
The article I am interested in publishing, will have a link to my
client's site in it. The link must be do- follow and we can't have any
disclaimers\advertising tags.

Please let me know if this is something you offer, and if so, what do
