1.. HOUSING : Presently GOWO is in final stages of a strategic tie up for a residential project of apartments / flats in Dehradoon between 20 to 40 Lac range. Talks are on with MDDA (Mussoorie Dehradoon Development Authority), SIIDCUL (State Infrastructure & Industrial Dev Coorp Uttrakhand Ltd.) & builders approved by them. Location Sahastradhara Road, near RBI & NABARD colonies. 2...INVESTMENT OF 2-5 LAKHS WITH MDDA. - MDDA also has an existing & running Mall, near clock tower in Dehradoon. MDDA & an associated builder also have an investment proposal for lease rental in this mall. Those members interested in investing 2 lacs or 5 lacs or multiples thereof, will get 12 % assured return, with dedicated & proportionate area allotted / earmarked for them in the mall. Clarifications and details can be sought from GTM website www.gtm.co.in. Last date of applying for this scheme is 5th April 2016 (12 noon). After that the return will be reduced to 10% & 11% for investments of 2 & 5 Lakhs respectively. "Cheques to be in favour of MDDA Food & Entertainment".
