Dear all members.

This is regarding the minutes of meeting.

1.Demarcation of plots....
Has been completed,also shape of plots 21,22,23 got regular which was an issue.Members are requested to take possession at site on priority with in 15 days.

2.Fenced gate community...
Gate has been fixed.minor fencing work will be completed before 25th sep 2014.

3.light poles will be handover to RWA whenever they want.

4.Water tank ready.As per Mr.Chohan it is leak.We will get checked and rectify if any by 26.9.14.

5.septic tank ok.

6.water and electrical connections ...all members will apply individually.No one has been applied so far.

7.Sewage...route drawing are ready.All Members are reqested to deposit Rs.200/-per sq yd so that it can be start.

8.ACCESS road and internal road...
TIPL had already completed the road.Same has been damaged by plying of 8-10 ton loaded trucks for constrution material by the contractor.Still the trucks are coming on site as on date inspite it was agreed by all in meeting that no loaded truck will ply.It has also damaged retaing wall for road some places.

Further we request that we will do minor repair and make it for light vehicle.But donot expect  any Heavy loaded vehicles of 8,9 tonnes.

Every plot has more size ,no one is short.Ample parking space is  in community. Further please decide meeting date at site to hand over .
