LAST DATE FOR NEW JOINEES : 26 FEB 2018

Dear Members,

  1. Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to withdraw our case due to certain technical issues. The new petition will be filed ASAP, possibly within 15 days in the Hon. NCDRC.
  2. The builder is making undue demands and not adjusting the delayed possession penalty which is due to all buyers. We request all buyers who have still not joined the case to kindly fill up the attached authority letter and send it to GOWO office, UG-47, Ansal Chambers2, Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-66, within the next 7 days – latest by 26 February.
  3. Please Note that in the light of recent judgements, only those buyers who approach the Court will get the relief. Buyers who do not participate in the proceedings will NOT get any relief and will have to deal with the builder on an individual basis. It is only through NCDRC intervention or compromise with the builder that we will get amounts due to everyone.

Regards,

GOWO Team

Dear GOWO team

First of all let me thank you for your support to all the buyers in the SVP project till now. But i jaane just one question for you what are the technical reasons for withdrawing the case from ND DEC against the builder. Please share with us what was lacking from our side that required withdrawal after nearly 4 months. The timing of the withdraw of case seems very convenient as soon as the builder started sending possession letters to buyers who are not party to the case and the GOWO starts fighting for possession letters for buyers party to case the case is withdrawn.... All of this time we were feeling that the builder will delay the possession to the buyers party to the case here we again see an option where we can decide whether to be party in the case or get the possession of flat by giving in to builders terms. All this seems like a vicious collaboration to mislead GOWO buyers. Now all the GOWO buyers will think twice whether to be party to case or get the possession of the flat. Please clarify your stand on this subject.
