IMPORTANT MAIL FOR ALL FOUR GROUPS OF BUYERS
Dear All,
1. Reference email exchanges below regarding CSR activities / social amenities by GOWO to be handed over to the four projects. Very unfortunately, due to the self serving attitude of a handful of buyers, some people chose to serve us a legal notice which was duly replied to by GOWO & sent to the groups, for info of all buyers. Those interested can view relevant Emails in the mail chain below.
2. Meanwhile we have had numerous meetings with buyers & individuals regarding these amenities & now almost all buyers have got possession of their flats. Since we have been requesting since July 2015 for individuals / volunteers / RWAs to come forward and take over these facilities, it is unfortunate that the talks end up reaching no where. We at GOWO are very keen that we handover these facilities at the very earliest so that they can be availed by the intended groups.
3. Since we have had numerous meetings without any outcome whatsoever, it is now requested, that interested volunteers / registered RWAs from all four groups viz. Gurgaon (37-C : Taxila), Gurgaon (37-C : Corona), Noida (137 : Ecocity) & Indirapuram ( SVP - Gulmohar), may kindly make a small 2 page draft MOU / agreement in pointform, for taking over these facilities which accommodates the interests & concerns of all involved parties.
4. We look forward to handing over these facilities and moving on. Wishing each one of you & your families, a very colourful Holi and a very peaceful & healthy life.

Dear Cdr. Mittal ji,
It is long time since I communicated with you last. As you are already aware that with the concurrence of GOWO Members' an Association was formed and registered for the purpose of taking hand over of Social Amenities to be provided by GOWO like furnished Guest House, Ambulance, Car and Motor bike etc.
More than 2 years have lapsed since the out-of-court settlement was reached between Supertech and GOWO. There is no perceptible progress as of now in handing over the above mentioned social amenities. In the meantime, there is an immense pressure from our members for acquiring the assets as soon as possible.
In view of above, we would like to settle the matter amicably. In this connection, 4-5 members including myself would like to meet you for a discussion. Kindly indicate date and time to enable us reach on time.
Incidentally, it would not be out of place to mention here that, we are not in favour of seeking any legal remedy but would like to maintain an unflinching and long-term relationship with you.
We have already discussed with our members in this regard. Once everything is settled amicably, accordingly an MoU may be signed between GOWO and our Association.

Dear All,
1. This is a common email to all four groups of buyers who bought flats through GOWO, between 2009 – 2011. Kindly refer to the full text of all emails appended below :-
· Email dated 03 May 2018, GOWO to buyers.
· Email dated 24 March 2017, email from one of the buyers to GOWO.
· Email dated 24 March 2017, from GOWO to four groups of buyers in Noida, Indirapuram, Gurgaon 1 & Gurgaon 2.
· Email dated 10 July 2015, from one of the buyers to GOWO.
· Email dated 07 July 2015, from GOWO to all buyers.
2. Possession for all these flats was unfortunately delayed for many years but it is understood that finally most flats have now been handed over to buyers. Out of these four groups of buyers, present status is as follows : -
· 1st group Taxila (Gurgaon 1) was handed over peacefully to all buyers, after legal notice was sent by GOWO to the builder on behalf of buyers, but without resorting to any court case.
· 2nd group Supertech - Case had to be filed in the Honourable NCDRC on behalf of all buyers for possession and that case was finally disposed off last week.
· 3rd group Corona) - Case going on against the Builder in Hon. NCDRC.
· 4th Group – Indirapuram – Case was filed against builder, in Hon NCDRC & then withdrawn due to technical reasons. (may be required to be filed again depending upon inputs from buyers).
3. As part of its Social Obligations & CSR activities, GOWO had planned to provide one ambulance, one car & one Bike each in all 4 Locations Viz. Noida, Indirapuram, Gurgaon 1 (Taxila) & Gurgaon 2 (Corona) i.e. a total of 12 vehicles, as also mentioned in our emails below. But due to extraordinary delays in possession, most buyers wanted us to concentrate on the cases and press for possession from the builders. These were planned to be handed over to the respective RWAs & maintenance / usage charges for GOWO & Non-GOWO buyers could to be decided by respective RWA representatives along with buyers through GOWO & also GOWO reps.
4. Since GOWO is a pro-consumer organisation & we have been sending legal notices to all builders & filing cases against them on behalf of buyers for handing over possession, we do not get any information from the builders. It is therefore requested that following information available with any buyer may kindly be shared with us : -
· Present status of possession, as to how many buyers have got possession so far ?
· Has the RWA been formed & registered ?
· Contact details of the Office bearers of these RWAs, if already formed.
· Any other inputs or suggestions concerning these CSR activities are also most welcome.
5. We would be grateful for these inputs so that we can go ahead and plan these Social amenities & CSR activities.

Nice to see the email regarding the promise made during booking the flat. Though I have booked my flats in Noida and Indirapuram projects but I would be staying in Indirapuram only.

1. Reference GOWO email dated 07 July 2015 below & reply from a member. This mail is being sent to all 4 major societies i.e. Noida, Indirapura, Gurgaon-1 & Gurgaon-2. GOWO will be providing these 12 vehicles (One Ambulance, one Car & One Bike each) to all 4 societies to the RWA. The vehicles have been identified.
2. The recurring / upkeep / operational expenditure, will be paid up by members themselves. One of the most pertinent suggestions from a lot of members is that these vehicles should be free to be used by all members of the societies, (GOWO & non-GOWO members as well, but priority to GOWO members). Rates for non-GOWO members higher & very much subsidised for GOWO members. That way, every RWA will be forced to have at-least one GOWO member in its steering committee.(This is only a suggestion & these decisions can be taken by the RWAs / GOWO members / volunteers etc. later on.)
3. For running Ambulances, State Govt. approval is required and the same has been sought from the UP & Haryana Govts. (for 2 each).
4. Suggestions are welcome (by email ONLY please). Members desirous of participating can volunteer to help us with the process.

One question - the recurring charges will be borne by whom. Will it be gowo or users. Suggestion - From the list of GOWO-GGN members, we should form a three member committe to hand over the vehicles. The members should be preferably staying at Delhi right now, with plans to shift to their flats on handing over. I am a serving naval officer and presently posted at West block 5, r k puram.
