List of complainants in the NCDRC case against Builder.

Dear Members,
Kindly see the attached list of buyers who were party to the case till now.
All those new buyers who are joining the case now, kindly send your duly signed Authority letter (copy attached).
All those who wish to withdraw from the case can send us an email and we will delete their names.
All those whose names are in the list would need to give an email confirmation to us on gowo.s...@gmail.com to continue with their names in the case.
It is again re-iterated that kindly see your tri-party agreements and BBAs with builder and the only relief that you will be able to get is from the Courts.
The decision is of the individual buyer.
In case anyone has any queries kindly send mail and it will be answered after taking the legal opinion.
