SUBJECT: - DISHONOUR OF PENALTY CHEQUE ISSUED BY SVP BUILDER (INDIA) LIMITED

 

1.   I have booked a Flat, Olive 503 in Gulmohar Residency, Indrapuram. The possession of Flat was delayed by you. You have issued ICICI Bank Cheque No 047651 dated 20-08-2019 for an amount of Rs 2,75000.00 as penalty amount for delay in giving the possession of above said Flat.

 

2.   I have presented the cheque in my IDBI Bank (Ashoknagar Branch, Pune - 16) Saving Account but cheque got dishonoured due to insufficient funds/amount in your ICICI bank account. The copy of memo issued by IDBI bank on dishonouring of cheque is enclosed for your ready reference.

 

3.   I request you to provide me the above said penalty amount within next 15 days through RTGs (My Bank details for RTGs are mentioned below) or issue demand draft (Payable at Pune) and send it to my present address mentioned below, otherwise I will be forced to initiate the legal action on the matter under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

 

4.   I am expecting positive and timely action from you.

Dear Rakesh ji,

I wanted to say you have done a great job by writing this email. They deserve such kind of written intimidation in pt. No. 3.

Even cheque given to us months back was Dishonored but my relative was soft with them and he had to go multiple times to these people for following up on this matter.

I couldn't stop myself from writing this. And hoping for the best for you.

Hello , dear GOWO , Indirapuram members, My cheque of delayed penalty was also dishonoured ,dated 20/11/19. They are commiting serious fraud against all of us. I request you to come together and form some collective group an lodge a police complaint and, complaint against builder in Ghaziabad development authority as they have not done registry of our flats ,but given possession.
