3) CC applied for Orange and Olive? 

4) Handover of possession to GOWO buyers, who are party to NCDRC case 

5) About penalty proposal given by the buyers in last meeting

Also, please find latest reply from GDA on a RTI filled to them, stating that  possession without CC is actionable under UP Apartment Act' 2010. And we dont want to face any such consequence at a later date, taking possession on verbal statements from GDA.
