Party to the case in NCDRC

Dear Members,

while the new petition is being re-drafted, we are extending the deadline, to 28 Feb. We will remove the names of all buyers who do not wish to continue with the case, and we will add all names who wish to be a party to the case. we will send the list again to the group before filing the petition.

BUT once the case is filed we will not be able to add any more names in it.

please take your individual decisions accordingly.
