Dear Members,

 

Thank you for your trust and response to GOWO.   Latest developments with regard to your project at Indirapuram are provided in the succeeding paragraphs:

a.    Construction in GOWO Towers is progressing satisfactorily.  Basement slab has been cast and, hence, IV instalment has been called by SVP.  Site photographs, as on 25th July'11, are being put on the website.

b.    Nearly all the BBA's have been finalised.

 

c.    Besides HDFC, ICICI, Axis and IDBI, SBI too has approved the project and commenced disbursing the home loans.

 

d.    .   Based upon some of the members' queries, it is clarified /informed that architects' endorsement on all the call-up letters is not mandatory.  Site photographs should suffice.  However, in case any of the member’s loan disbursement authority specifically requires so, he/she may approach me or  any of the under mentioned executives of SVP Builders(I) Ltd:
